Volvo Jan-Nov truck deliveries rise 4 pct yr/yr

World number two truck maker Volvo said on Thursday its truck shipments rose 4 percent in January through November on the back of firm demand in its key European market and acquired growth in Asia.
The Sweden-based firm delivered 209,426 trucks in the period, a rise from from 201,050 in the corresponding period a year ago, Volvo said in a statement.
This would mean deliveries in November alone rose 21 percent year-on-year to 24,378 units, including Nissan Diesel.
