JAC Becomes Official Vehicle Partner of Ghana Football Association
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced an exclusive partnership with JAC Motors and its local partner in Ghana. Under the agreement, JAC Motors will become the Official Vehicle Partner of the GFA.

The partnership covers multiple levels of Ghanaian football, including the national team, the Black Stars, the Ghana Premier League, and the Ghana Women's Premier League. The agreement is aimed at supporting the development of football in Ghana through transportation, logistics, and incentive programs.
The signing ceremony was held at the GFA headquarters and attended by GFA Vice President Mark Addo, representatives of JAC's local partner in Ghana, and members of JAC Motors' international business team.

Under the agreement, JAC Motors will provide logistics support to the Ghana national team during its preparations for and participation in the FIFA World Cup 2026. In addition, JAC will sponsor a special award for the Player of the Match in each World Cup fixture involving Ghana.

The partnership also includes support for domestic football competitions. During the 2026-2027 season, the champions of both the Ghana Premier League and the Ghana Women's Premier League will each receive a JAC vehicle. Awards sponsored by JAC Motors will also be presented to the league's Best Player and Best Coach.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mark Addo, Vice President of the GFA, described the agreement as an important milestone in the association's efforts to strengthen commercial partnerships and attract private-sector investment into football. He said the cooperation would provide tangible support for players and clubs while contributing to the long-term growth of the sport in Ghana.

A representative of JAC's local partner in Ghana said the agreement goes beyond traditional sponsorship and reflects a long-term commitment to supporting football development in the country. The partnership will also help provide reliable transportation and logistics services for teams and players across different levels of competition.
Zhou Cheng, General Manager of JAC Motors' Asia-Africa Regional Company, said the automaker currently operates in more than 130 countries and regions, serves over 12 million users worldwide, and has established 19 KD assembly plants overseas.

He noted that JAC Motors has been active in the Ghanaian market since 2013 and has continued to expand its local presence through a localization-focused strategy. According to Zhou, the partnership with the GFA reflects the company's commitment to corporate social responsibility while further strengthening practical cooperation between China and Africa.
As the 2026-2027 football season approaches, both parties expect the partnership to contribute to the continued development of football in Ghana. JAC Motors said it will continue working with local partners through its products, services, and long-term cooperation initiatives to support sports development and community engagement in the country.
