Truck maker Kion sees H2 slowdown
Kion Group, Europe's largest forklift truck maker, expects conditions to deteriorate after a strong first half but reaffirmed its forecast for strong gains in revenue and earnings for the full year.
"Although the growth markets of Asia and Eastern Europe should continue to perform well, we expect growth in the global markets to slow significantly overall in the second half of the year, and this trend will continue in 2009," Chief Executive Gordon Riske said on Thursday
