Germany daily “Handelsblatt” Tue sample publication says Daimler AG, DAI the two shareholder DWS and SEB Asset Management agreed to part Daimler truck subsidiary company.

Both DWS and SEB Asset Management generally agreed with the plan to sell truck subsidiary company, Quoting DWS fund manager Stefan Bauknecht, because this business needs long period and lacks of effective cooperation with other departments.
