Germany daily “Handelsblatt” Tue sample publication says Daimler AG, DAI the two shareholder DWS and SEB Asset Management agreed to part Daimler truck subsidiary company.

Both DWS and SEB Asset Management generally agreed with the plan to sell truck subsidiary company, Quoting DWS fund manager Stefan Bauknecht, because this business needs long period and lacks of effective cooperation with other departments.

According to newest report, the Sweden investor Cevian as one of Daimler shareholder also forces Daimler executives to part its truck subsidiary company.

Report says Daimler have kept refusing to part till now, Daimler spokesman expressed that if part truck subsidiary company is out of their concern.
