Commerce Department: Vehicles import management principles amended
Song Xianmao, director of Electrical and Mechanical Services Department expressed four amendments of China vehicles import management approach on the high-level business forum on July 29.
The amendments are mainly manifested in the relationship between dealers and the general dealers, multinational corporations between domestic enterprises and foreign partners, as well as control over the domestic market and other issues. At present, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and other departments have revising these importation principles.
The four principles are in the following: To create a fully competitive environment; In accordance with the provisions of the anti-monopoly law, make a clear opposition to foreign manufacturers supply monopoly; the total adjustment to the rights of dealers and distributors; Make the industry associations more useful in the future.
