Increasing interest are doubled after CAMC procured
(chinatrucks.com, April 8, 2010) Xingma company has announced the acquisition proposal of CAMC and related assets in November, 2009. At the present, Xingma is preparing the material and to submit it for approval. It is estimated that the activity shall be finished in July, 2010. CAMC is the excellent heavy truck enterprise because it grows so fast and win profits quickly. Therefore, net interest of Xingma is to be double increased after it has procured CAMC.
CAMC set up in 2004, and it is growing to be 13 within 5 years, and the market share is about 3%. Sales volume of heavy truck in CAMC got 18,000 in 2009, which has increased 48.4% by same time last year. The gross interest is 13.36% in 2009, which is 4% higher than the average.
Sales volume of heavy truck is 8,570 in first quarter, which is 48.6% of annual sales last year. In March, sales volume is 3,500. It is predicted that sales volume in the second quarter is nearly 30,000,which has increased 66% by same time last year.
Viewed from the sales structure, sales volume of the top heavy truck, Xingkaima, is growing very fast in first quarter. It is almost 1500, and has surpassed the annual sales volume in 2009 with 1000. Xingkaima will give a great promotion to company profit winning capacity.
