Axle of Shaanxi Hande to reduce cost in 2010
(chinatrucks.com, April 19, 2010) Shaanxi Hande Axle CO., Ltd establishes series of feasible cost-cutting proposals in 2010 in order to further promote overall budget management work and improve enterprise management level base on the reality itself.
The cost-cutting work includes production, technology, procurement, quality and management, etc. As for production field, each unit will reduce the cast by consumption control of tool, accessory, and spare parts, as well as auxiliary material, ＆ lean reform of production line, etc. In technology field, parts and components, textile, quantities, and processing shall be optimized to make sure the annual technology cost be reduced 2000,000 euros. Moreover, partial products price will be adjusted. And Quality Management department will reduce the cost by warrantee expense control. The management methods will be innovated, management process will be perfected, and management cost will be reduced. Besides that, the company will strengthen scrap control, equipment innovation, and operation efficiency to promote management level to a new stage.
