Volvo truck has win interior quality prize
(chinatrucks.com, April 21, 2010) Overall product quality has been fully promoted by Quality Bridge Plan of Volvo truck, and it is Volvo’s further commitment of continuously improving products quality. Besides production and fabrication link of products selves, Volvo pay more attentions to products structure within the company and improvement as well as perfection of overall value chain.
Volvo truck put products and after service at the same important place. More than 20 segmentation plans are started from quality and customer satisfaction, and each segmentation plan has very clear target. Quality Bridge Plan has lasted for three years, and Volvo has reached most of the goals through self and other parties’ evaluations by the end of 2009.
