New Aumark light truck is equipped with ZF 5S 400 transmission
(chinatrucks.com, May 4, 2010) ZF and Foton have cooperated with the new light truck program, and it has displayed the particular reliability and high quality of German supplier. The newly developed Aumark light truck is to be equipped with standard manual ZF transmission produced by China.
Aumark light truck is to be firstly displayed at China Auto 2010 from April 25 to May 2 in 2010. As the standard accessory, Foton light commercial vehicles are to be equipped with ZF 5S 400 manual transmission from now on. This type transmission is put into production at ZF Transmission Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd on April of 2010. JA of ZF Company and Bosch Company, ZF Diversion System Co., Ltd, is going to provide leaf diversion pump to different vehicle types of Foton Auman and diversion system of Servocom 8098 commercial vehicle.
Foton was established in 1996, and headquarter is located in Beijing. It is one of the leading commercial vehicle manufacturers in China, and it has lots of brands, such as, Auman, Euro V, View, Aumark, Ollin, and the like.
ZF is not only providing power transmission system and chassis components to China market, but also transmissions for passenger car and commercial vehicles, the axle system, diversion technology, and engineering machinery, as well as the vehicles for shipping and trailing. At the same time, ZF owns 19 production enterprises in China.
