Shandong becomes domestic important production base of commercial vehicle
(chinatrucks.com, June 24, 2010) Integrated economy index of Shandong auto industry is higher than national average index at the first half of 2010. It ranks the second place, following Guangdong province. Shandong becomes the important production base of commercial vehicle in China.
At the present, Shandong auto industry has formed the completed R＆D and manufacturer system with commercial vehicle, sedan, motor cycle, and engine, as well as full series of parts and components. Auto enterprises have been developed to 1111 by 2009, and it owns the working staff with 251900, and the total assets have reached 20,641 million Euros.
Heavy duty commercial vehicle is the advantageous product of Shandong Auto Industry, which has taken more than 45% of national production volume. Light auto has taken over 35% of national production volume. Shandong becomes the important production base of commercial vehicle in China.
