New semi-trailer tractor program is settled
(chinatrucks.com, Dec 3, 2010) The new semi-trailer tractor program with annual capacities of 30,000 has been settled in Lingang industry new area on Dec 1st, 2010. The program will be realized annual value about 800 million Euros after the program has been put into production.
It is learned by reporter that the program the investor of Shandong Hanwei Tianyi Special Vehicle Auto Manufacturer Limited is a professional company devotes to heavy truck vehicle manufacturer. Compared with the traditional semi-trailer, the self weight of the semi-trailer tractor with new container has been reduced 40% to 50%. The fuel consumption has been reduced 20% to 25%. It has owned strong body, large capacities and great stiffness.

The total investment of the program is 120 million Euros, and it has been divided into two stages, which will realize the annual value with 800 Euros. It also could promote the development of accessories industry of heavy auto manufacturer, and it has created the largest production base of semi-trailer tractor with new container.
