SIH heavy truck passes GPS remote range service control system test
(chinatrucks.com, Dec 22, 2010) At the present, SIH has conducted vehicle driving test of 2000 square meters to GPS remote range service control system in order to test and verify the feasibility and reliability of GPS remote range service control system on Genlyon and T vehicle. It has guaranteed the security of customers during the using period.
SIH technology center has organized relative more than 10 people to drive two test vehicles starting from the company, and go through Wu Long, Xiu Shan, Zun Yi and Tong Liang, etc. It has completed more than 2000 square meters range, and collected the completed test data in accordance with the test requirements.
The test contents include two aspects. One is the feasibility test of GPS remote service control on SIH vehicle, which refers to whether the controller is matching with the driving cab beam or not, and the installation method is feasible or not, etc. The other is the test of reliability of GPS remote service controller. It means that the test to auto within 2000 square meters and the running conditions of the controller at mountain area, tunnel, and high way, etc.
After the test has been completed; technology center will organize the technicians to carefully analyze all the data. It is displayed by the data that each parameter has reached the test requirement, and GPS remote service control system has been successfully equipped on SIH heavy truck.
