Michelin Provides Optimal Transport Solutions for Customers
www.chinatrucks.com: On the new fuel prudent Michelin tyre introduction meeting, Mathieu Chardin, Senior Vice President in Truck & Bus Tyres Division, said that Michelin is always devoting to provide optimal transport solutions for customers.

As the only part touching the ground, fuel consumption of tyres take one third of all fuel used on buses and trucks. Michelin provided XZA 2+ Energy tyre in China markets since 2006 and many other energy prudent products. On April 20, Michelin took with their XDA 2 Energy and XDA 2+ Energy fuel prudent tyres in Auto Shanghai 2011.
Mr. Chardin introduced that the two tyres boast great safety and renewable property, and these tyres can meet customers' needs on long distance transportation.

Michelin XDA 2 Energy is suitable long distance highway cargo transportation with inner tube. Adopting Michelin Energy technology and special designs on structure, the tyre has low resistance to rolling, and it can also save 3% fuel costs.
And Michelin XDA 2+ Energy tyre provides another fuel prudent solution by its low resistance to rolling. The brand new tread figure designs can provides excellent wetland roadholding power.
"Michelin provides eight series and six tread figures fuel prudent tyres for Chinese customers, " introduced by Mr. Chardin.

We also interviewed some Michelin tyre users from Zhejiang Province, and they said that they have used Michelin tyres for some years, and each tyre can save ten Yuan per one hundred km, and their sixty fleet can save as much as 1.26 million Yuan per year. Michelin tyres can be used more than one year on some sprcial roads, and over 60% customers choose to purchase Michelin tyres for the second time.
