The conference is part of a global series of Diesel Emissions conferences, covering Asia, North America, South America and Europe. This year’s conference in India will bring together key government officials with industry stakeholders from around the world to discuss opportunities and challenges related to diesel emissions reduction from the the heavy duty, non road and light duty sectorsin India. This includes: the government’s plans for implementing Bharat Stage IV diesel emissions legislation nationwide; updates on the availability of low-sulphur diesel fuel in India; lessons to be learnt from Europe, China and Japan including experiences of complying with strict emissions legislation; and new Bharat Stage III emissions legislation for Non Road vehicles.
