www.chinatrucks.com: There are rich coal resources in Shanxi province which needs heavy trucks in large quantity.
Last year, the State Council ratified Shanxi province to reform their resources provider status, and they will generate electricity locally and supply electricity to other provinces. Less coal transport results in fewer needs on heavy trucks. And sales of heavy trucks decreased by 30% in the first half year.
