Canadian Kenworth dealers earn Parts and Service Dealers of the Year awards
www.chinatrucks.com: Kenworth has named its Regional, Gold and Silver Parts and Service Dealers of the Year, including Canadian winners in each category. The awards, which recognize superior excellent and achievement in parts and service operations, financial performance and customer support, were presented at the annual Kenworth Parts and Service Meeting held recently in Orlando, Fla.
Edmonton Kenworth from Edmonton, Alta. took home the Regional Award for Canada. The award, which also included five US regional winners, recognize the highest performing Kenworth dealerships and reward exceptional performance in all areas of customer service.
Edmonton Kenworth also took home the Gold Award, and the newly created TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year, which recognizes Kenworth dealer excellence in the support and sales of the TRP brand of all-makes parts for trucks, trailers and buses.
Silver Awards went to a pair of Canadian dealers: GreatWest Kenworth (with multiple dealerships in Alberta), and Kenworth Quebec (with multiple dealerships across the province).
