Sales of heavy truck hardly reach one million units in 2011, zero growth next year

www.chinatrucks.com: "Sales of heavy trucks were not optimistic in 2011 according to sales reports in Nov. and it is rather hard to sell one million heavy trucks this year," said Jiang Jianhua, Public Relation head of SIH.
Sales of heavy trucks kept decreasing since Feb. this year, and many industry insiders consider this year as a adjusting period on sales of heavy trucks.
900,000 heavy trucks will be sold this year, and sales of heavy trucks will not grow in 2012.
The top ten heavy truck makers on sales in the first three quarters are Dongfeng, FAW, Sinotruk, Beiqi Foton, Shaanxi Auto, Beiben, JAC, SIH, CAMC and Dayun trucks.
