Four new heavy trucks in 2012
www.chinatrucks.com: Many truck makers are expecting to launch new heavy truck models in 2012 to boost the sales.
SIH Genlyon with Cursor 13 diesel engine with large displacement is going to be released in the second half of this year, and the 13L engine may help sales of SIH Genlyon heavy trucks.
Sinotruk Weiluo long-head heavy truck was approved by MIIT in Oct. last year, and the truck is based on HOWO A7 low-floor and extended driving cabin.
Currently there are Weiluo 4×2 and 6×4 tractors, and WD615.92E, WD615.97E, MC11.31-30, WD615.95E, WD615.96E, MC11.35-30, and MC11.39-30 engines are available, and their horsepower are between 270ps to 390ps.
Dongfeng Liuqi shows M7 in Auto Shanghai 2011, apart from inherited Balong 507 keel frame driving cabin, Cummins large power engine and ZF gearbox are equipped.
Sinotruk TGA is still under research and development, and the truck uses MAN D20 and D26 engines.
