Changan and Ford to cooperate for heavy truck business

www.chinatrucks.com: Xu Liuping, President of Changan Group, said that Changan is talking with Ford for heavy truck business, and the decision will be made till June.
Nissan will also withdraw DFAC this year, giving space for joint-venture between Dongfeng and VOLVO.
To spend development of Changan heavy vehicles and solve long-term brands and technology etc factors, Changan hopes to cooperate with Ford.
Governer of Shanxi, Wang Junshi, has met with CEO of Ford China in March.
