CNHTC: Successful Completion of National Service Skill Contest 2012

www.chinatrucks.com: In October, 2012, 36 technique experts from all over the country gathered to participate in the CNHTC National Service Skill Contest 2012 in Jinan.
After being held successfully last year, the scale and influence of the contest has been immensely uplifted. 660 contestants from 1,500 service stations responded actively. Contestants succeeded in the preliminary contest have conducted the quarter final in 7 areas.

With the increasing professionalization of digital and technical service in the heavy truck market and the more strict discharge regulations, the technical service of heavy truck is becoming further complicated, the after service system is faced with new challenges. With the theme of promoting service staff to learn techniques, The CNHTC contest aims at creating a friendly atmosphere for service system learners. Thorough the contest, the comprehensive quality of after service system shall be improved to meet the dynamic demands from the customers.
Under the sluggish marketing circumstances, CNHTC continued to implement the project of “re-starting a new business” and promoted the idea of “active service”. The after sales service staff kept learning new process and techniques, with the core idea of “Affection, Action, Timely Service and Consideration”, service network has been increasingly improved and breakthroughs have been achieved. This has immensely narrowed the service radius, rationalized the construction layout of the service stations and improved the company image.
To improve the quality of service stations, CNHTC will implement Star Management next year for “Prompt, active and effective service”. Meanwhile, transformations will be made in the service spare parts system with the introduction of QR code scanning to guarantee the quality of spares.
Theoretical knowledge and maintaining operation will be conducted in the final contest. After 3 days’ fierce competition, 3 contestants won the first prize, 6 contestants won the second prize and 19 contestants won the third prize. Yu youde, vice president of CNHTC, attended the contest and conferred prizes to all the contestants.
