Final of 2012 Scania Service Competition Closes Curtain
www.chinatrucks.com. The 2012 Scania service competition has successfully ended on Dec.9. The team from Shenzhen won the first prize and will take part in the Asian Pacific Final in 2013 on behalf of China.
Champion Team
The whole competition included three parts with the theme of “Safety, Health and Environmental Protection”. Theoretical capability was tested in the first two phases while the third phase, namely the final, will decide the rankings. The questions setting of the competition mainly focuses on the new P,G,R series and bus series of Scania

As a global activity for Scania, the contest aims at improving the expertise, services, attitude and teamwork of Scania service staff. The company hopes to make the staff more passionate in order to benefit the customers with first-rate service. It is reported that the 2012 contest has attracted more than 1,500 teams from over 50 countries in the first round. The contest was first held in 1989 at headquarter of Scania in Sweden and was introduced to China in 2007 for the first time.
