Production & Sales Data of Diesel Engine in Dec. 2012

www.chinatrucks.com: In Dec. 2012, 1,598,626 sets and 1,552,041 sets of engines were produced and sold in China. A cumulative production and sales of engines were 17,538,111 sets and 17,525,853 sets in 2012, which were respectively increased by 4.90 percent and 3.27 percent compared to 2011.However, the coldness of diesel engine market influences the whole engine industry.

In the diesel engine, 305,454 sets and 306,140 sets were produced and sold in China in December 2012. In the whole year of 2012, a total of 3,320,805 sets and 3395,241 sets were produced and sold, which were respectively decreased by 7.73 percent and 10.41 percent compared to 2011.

In Dec. 2012, the top ten diesels engine suppliers’ production were 251,152 sets, which accounted for 82.22 percent of the total production of the diesels engines. And the top ten diesels engine suppliers’ sales amounts were 251,596 sets, which accounted for 82.18 percent of the total sales of the diesels engines.

In Jan.-Dec. 2012, the top ten diesels engine suppliers’ production were 2,692,294 sets, which accounted for 81.07 percent of the total production of the diesels engines. And the top ten diesels engine suppliers’ sales amounts were 2,764,861 sets, which accounted for 81.43 percent of the total sales of the diesels engines.
