2013 Shacman Cup National Truck Off Road Contest Begins
www.chinatrucks.com : The first leg of the Shacman cup national truck off road contest was held in Shandong on May 14th. Racers from all teams performed good in the contest.

Although most parts of the contest are not very tricky, the sands worsens the visibility, plus the racing ground calls for high driving skills. The seemingly easy track is actually more dangerous than it appears.

In order to get a good score in the contest, the four drivers of the team must perform all good. If one people under performed, the whole team would be dragged down. This is a contest that requires collective success.

In the qualifying game, two teams failed, one team performed bad in the humping track, the other failed at the beginning because two drivers drove outside of the track. And the only female driver failed the contest.

Six drivers would compete in the semi final game, which falls on May 15th. The final game will be held on the same day, which will be live broadcasted by CCTV-5.
