Scania China Awarded Two 3M KM Record Breakers
www.chinatrucks.com : On July 4th, 2013, Scania, the world-leading commercial vehicle maker, awarded two Scania trucks owned by a Wenzhou based transporting company for both surpassing 3 million km of operating mileage.

Mats Harborn, a top manager of Scania in Chinese market attended the event, where he handed out awards to the two trucks.
The two trucks, as introduced by their owner company, were mainly assigned to operate on a mountainous rout, where the trucks were bearing hard burdens, since the mountainous roads requires trucks to be stronger and more powerful than normal trucks.

President of the company said that Scania trucks are reliable, efficient, energy-saving, safe and economic, which is why the company bought 10 Scania trucks. To date, the two trucks never met any major accident in the nin years of usage.

Staff of the company said all our drivers love to drive the two Scania trucks, because they are easy to drive and save oil. The oil-saving rate could be 15%. Both the two trucks work 4080 hours a year, which is much higher than other trucks.
Established in 1891, Scania, a major heavy duty truck maker as well as bus and engine maker, set up Beijing representative office in 2003, and later a sales company in 2008. the company set up a strategic center in 2010 in China.
