SAIC-IVECO HONGYAN Company’s Marketing Competition (Season Four)
www.chinatrucks.com: In order to create an innovative team, improve salesperson’s marketing service capability, enhance their service awareness, and increase customers’ satisfaction, SAIC-IVECO HONGYAN Company organizes a marketing competition. Recently, the fourth season is kicked off.
As usual, there are four stages. The first one is mass-election from June to July during which period dealers and service providers across the country recommend 400 players from all participants to accept training; from July to Aug., regional sales centers choose 80 players from the 400 to take part in the first round competition; from Aug. to Sep., in the second round competition, 20 winners from the 80 will attend the final competition held in HONGYAN headquarters.
To better organize this activity, SAIC-IVECO HONGYAN makes good preparation and draws up a detailed competition program and even print a manual regarding the competition. According to the manual, the competition includes two aspects, marketing and service. All staff from Level 1 dealers and maintenance-and-repair service centers is able to attend the competition. These people will compete in three aspects: theory, practical operation and performance. Different from previous ones, this time the personal performance is taken into final scores, taking up 5% of the total. The vehicle model also adds engineering dump trucks besides previous tractors. All these models are compliant with China Ⅳand above standards. The focus of the test will be on the familiarity on China Ⅳ-compliant products, recognition and service level.
At present, all sales and service centers, dealers and service providers across the country are all actively preparing the competition.
