Balong M7C in built Commins Engine: A New Choice for Effective Transportation
www.chinatrucks.com: In order to make clear the operation of Balong M7C of Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd, www.chinatrucks.org interviews a user of Balong M7C—Lu Yingjiang, a truck driver with over ten years of driving experience.
Comfortable driving
Lu yingjiang is an older user of Balong heavy duty. When it comes to the difference of old and new Balong trucks, Mr. Lu speaks highly of the comfort of M7C’s driving room. “The new truck has a very big driving room and all operation is convenient. The materials of driving room are also very good, like a car,” he says.
Apart from that, Mr. Lu is full of praise on the aseismic design and the safety of driving room. “Even in bumpy road, I didn’t feel any uncomfortable,” he says. M7C initiates “dragon bone framework” for driving rooms and the body is condensed under 410MPa. It conforms to European regulations and passes German TUV certification. The safety is twice as the general welding driving room in current market.

Commins engine helps save fuel
It is learnt that the engine of M7C is a 380PS common rail engine launched by American Commins special for high speed road transportation. It combines many fuel-saving technologies ensuring saving fuel at the time of improving output volume and maintaining motive power. It uses international famous Faure’s new waterproof plastic air filter, making sufficient fuel burning thus save fuel.
Moreover, the engine braking system is also impressed Mr. Lu. “The engine braking is especially effective in mountain roads or in slopes. It helps stable driving or reducing speed, avoiding frequent braking.”
Thoughtful after-sale service
Besides vehicle itself, Mr. Lu is also satisfied with the after-sale service of Balong. “The after-sale service has been very good since I used the truck at the beginning. No matter wherever you are, you can find the service staff by dialing their local hotlines.” It is learnt that Balong M7C has a whole 36 months of warranty.
When Mr. drives Balong M7C on the road, many peers come to ask about the M7C. “I wouldn’t tell lies about the truck. Those people know trucks as we are doing the same job. I will tell them it is good if it is, and not good if it is not.”
“Many people don’t know Balong has a free driving activity. I tell them this whenever they ask me about the truck. I become a moving advertisement for Balong,” Mr. Lu says with laughter on his face.
