IVECO’s Euro 6 NG Truck
www.chinatrucks.com: Recently, IVECO’s Netherland truck dealer Schouten upgrades Stralis Hi-Road truck into NG truck compliant with Euro 6. Schouten estimates the NG truck will yield remarkable performance in Holland, one of the most important markets for IVECO.
Netherland Schouten showcases Stralis Euro 6 NG trucks
Schouten showcases its first IVECO Stralis Euro 6 NG prototype whose fuel is mainly liquid natural gas. With Cursor 8 engine, the maximum output power of the truck is 330 hp. Instead of Hi-Way, the largest model, Schouten chooses Hi-Road.
Compared with common diesel Euro 6 Stralis Hi-Road truck, the NG one is 30,000 euro higher. But the dealer expects 10,000 units of this NG truck in Netherland by 2020.
