www.chinatrucks.com: On February 6, 2014, SHACMAN Marketing Summery 2013 & Mobilization Conference 2014 is grandly held in Xi’an, Shaanxi province. Chairman of the labor board Tong Yali, Vice General Manager of SHACMAN & General Manager of Sales Company Zhou Yinchao, heads of each department and employee representatives gather together at the conference to make summary on the past and look into the future.

Conference scene
In 2013, impacted by such factors as adjustment of economic structure and implementation of China 4 emission standard, there are many uncertainties in the heavy duty truck market where users’ demands suffer great changes and the competition is ever fierce. Centering on the headquarters’ strategic plan, SHACMAN Sales Company takes a positive attitude in response to the market changes and deepens potential opportunities in the process from product life cycle to customer’s operation. By overcoming various difficulties, a record of 35,000 units of dumpers is made, achieving a market share of 21%. 6x4 dumpers remain the head while 8x4 dumpers get a 1.25 percentage points rise, and NG heavy trucks witness a sales volume of more than 12,000 units.
In 2013, there emerge many talented staff and marketing teams who contribute to the rise of regional market share and good sales of NG heavy truck and new Delong M3000 products. A rewarding activity is also made at the conference.

Tong Yali rewarding excellent offices

Zhou Yinchao rewarding offices with rising shares
In face of 2014, challenges coexist with opportunities, but each office is quite confident and signs assignment notice 2014.
General Manager Zhou Yinchao proposes four respects of awareness in reviewing the deficiencies in 2013: crisis awareness that raises pressure on own self, value awareness that service customers, competition awareness that compares with others and development awareness that is rooted in the market. He hopes the sales target for the year 2014 can be reached through implementing forward-looking strategy, progressive measures, distinguished products, innovative models, presetting resources and coordinated service system.
