China IV Emission Standard to be Fully Enforced by the End of 2014
www.chinatrucks.com: On April 23, 2014, the official website of the Ministry of Industry announced in 2014 No. 27 issue that "From December 31, 2014, the Announcement for China III Emission Standard of diesel vehicles will be abolished, marking the ending of the debate over the two-year China IV emission standard. For the overall truck market it is going to be a good news for stimulating sales.

To implement the “Twelfth Five-year Plan of Energy Saving" and "Air Pollution Prevention Action Plan", promote the prevention and control of air pollution, reduce vehicle emissions and protect the interests of consumers, the ministry decided on December 31, 2014 Announcement for China III Emission Standard will be abolished (hereinafter referred to as China III). Starting on January 1, 2015 the China III diesel products will not be allowed for sale. Manufacturers please make full preparation to upgrade emission standard and make reasonable arrangements for the China III diesel product inventory.
