14 LNG Tractors Delivered to Zhuhai Port
www.chinatrucks.com: Recently Zhuhai Port Logistics Development Company purchased 14 LNG tractors to serve Huitong Logistics Park, and it became the first logistics company in Zhuhai to use clean energy vehicles. And this will surely improve their operation profits and social benefits.
It is learned that the expenses for the 14 LNG tractors were about four million Yuan and the price is for 280,000 Yuan for each unit, and all of them are from Sinotruk.
As clean energy, LNG can save up to 90% CO2 emission compared to traditional diesel and petrol and they can reduce emission of hydrocarbon by 70% and 35% hydro nitrogen. If each truck has to run for 80,000 km each year, and one LNG truck can save 70 tons of CO2 each year and 14 LNG trucks can save nearly 1000 tons of emission of CO2 in one year.
