Yuchai Tops Guangxi Enterprises in Patent Applications for Nine Consecutive Years
www.chinatrucks.com: Recently, some statistics released by Guangxi Autonomous Region Intellectual Property Bureau shows that Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. Ranked the first place in both the number of patent applications and the invention patent applications in 2014. With the number of patent applications reaching 791 cases, Yuchai was far ahead of other enterprises in the autonomous region. Since 2006, the well-renowned engine maker has been taking the lead in the number of patent applications among all other enterprises in Guangxi.
According to the statistics, SAIC GM Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. And Liuzhou Jingyang Energy Conservation Technology Development Co., Ltd. came the second and the third place in the number of patent applications in Guangxi with their number of patent applications reaching 389 cases and 258 cases respectively.
As the largest manufacturing company based in Yulin city in Guangxi, Yuchai accounted for 26% of the total number of patent applications in Yulin city.
