MAN Rolls Out TGS32.400 Light-duty Mixer Chassis

The concrete mixer can normally load 7.5 m3 (Volume of mixing tank:9 m3) on the basis of 2,350 KG/m3. MAN displayed TGS32.400 light-duty chassis which is specially designed for mixer market. Its lightened weight enables mixer load 0.5 m3 concrete more than traditional mixer one way.

The mixer equipped with TGS 32.400 light-duty chassis can load concrete of 10,000 KG based on the calculation of 9 round-way delivery. This number is quite promising in the long term. The MAN TGS 32.400 8x4 chassis with 4 axles is mainly made of steel plate of high strength,which can guarantee the strength and reduce its weight. The diesel engine with D26 common rail system can provide an power output of 400 horsepower, which makes the driving easier with the MAN TipMatic manual-automatic transmission. The compact size of mixer makes driving in and out of construction site easier with wheelbase of 2,505 mm between the second axle and the third one. Besides, the TGS 32.400 mixer chassis is equipped with 315/80 R 22.5 tire with aluminum alloy wheel hub. The weight of chassis equipped on the TGS 32.400 mixer is only 9,360 KG based on the calculation of 300 L fuel and 35 L Urea solution for the truck unit.
MAN also provides corresponding truck model for those countries in which the steering wheel on the right. The weight of MAN TGS 32.400 mixer can reach 34,000 KG if the total weight of heavy-duty truck with 4 axles within 32,000 KG is not required.
MAN will roll out the evolved version of TGS 32.400 light-duty mixer chassis on German Bauma Exhibition in 2016.It will replace the standard 13-ton rear axle with 11.5-ton driving axle. This will add up effective loading capacity of 180 KG to mixer.
