The First AT Fire Fighting Truck in Fujian Serves in Jiangtou Squadron
www.chinatrucks.com: The first AT fire fighting truck was delivered to Xiamen City, Fujian Province recently. It will serve in Jiangtou Squadron later. “AT” means aluminum alloy frame which is light and will not get rusty easily.
The AT fire fighting truck almost does not have handle or valve. Instead it has computer screens and buttons of various colors. A engineer said,“Fire fighters do not need to get off the truck. They just need to press the buttons to put off fire. He introduced that the multiple processes including driving and water spraying can be completed by controlling of computer screens. Especially, regarding some small fire on the open ground, the driver only need to operate the water foam in the front of the truck after the truck is adjusted to the suitable place to put off the fire quickly.
The truck body of AT fire fighting truck is only 7 meters. But it can take 9 fire fighters ( The fire fighting trucks in Xiamen City can only take 7 fire fighters at most till now). The truck can also take 3.6 tons water, 200 liters A foam, 400 liters B foam and 150 kinds of fire fighting devices.
