CRRC Marched in China Heavy-duty Trucks Market

www.chinatrucks.com: On February 14, CRRC SHANDONG CO.Ltd won the intelligent assembly line project of SINOTRUK during the final bid process. This is a demonstration project of the first intelligent assembly system in China heavy trucks industry. CRRC has officially entered into the business market on China heavy truck production line.
CRRC assembly equipments offer mostly semi-automatic pneumatic tools. It makes loud noise when attaching bolts to the trucks and tracing can’t be enabled on such a semi-automatic pneumatic system. The Shandong CRRC TONGLIDA developed the intelligent assembly system to this problem.
By then, CRRC will re-build the assembly workshop to reduce the noise and labor intensity by replacing all the equipments with electrical equipments, creating a comfortable working environment for the staff.
More importantly, the workshop will achieve complete network coverage, enabling all bolts tightening data uploaded, analyzed, scanned and matched automatically. Through the analysis and prognosis of the data, an early warning for common errors was made to improve assembly quality greatly.
