SINOTRUK Qingdao Heavy Industry Launches Subframe-Free Lightweight Mixer

www.chinatrucks.com: Recently, in order to meet the demand for light weighted mixers and enhance product competitiveness, SINOTRUK Qingdao Heavy Industry Co. Ltd successfully launches a subframe free mixer, which is developed from standard mixer. The design is in strict accordance with national regulations and effective loaded volume meets the national requirements and customers’ demands.
The design of under frame is further optimized at the promise of ensuring a certain loading capacity: front and rear structure is replaced by highly intensive steel sheet, the secondary beam only includes front and rear assembly, the barycenter is lowered by 65mm which is adaptive to various cases in mixing stations and channels.
The mixer uses aluminum cleaning water tank and side guard bar, contributing a lot to the reduction of weight. The connection structure of wheel casing, side guard bar and frame is changed to optimize vibration frequency and make the structure more reliable.
The tank uses highly intensive alloy steel which has higher intensity and better abrasion performance compared to the original 520JJ steel. The tank is thinner without sacrificing its quality. The hollow guide rail maintains a good mixing and intensity, lowers down the weight of tank, further reducing the fuel consumption and increasing the loading capacity.
