Another Good News Comes from Linglong’s Serbian Project
On September 17, 2018, another good news came from Linglong Tire’s Serbian project! Mr.Wang Feng, chairman of the company, signed an investment framework agreement with Mr. Siniša Mali, the Minister of Finance of Serbia. Mr. Vučić, Prime Minister of Serbia, and other related leaders also attended this signing ceremony.
Europe is one of Linglong’s main export markets. The construction of the Serbianmanufacturing base will further develop the company’s European markets. Besides, direct sales from Serbian factory to OEMs and retail distributors in and around Europe will serve customers faster and more effectively and reduce logistics costs. The Serbian project can also promote the deeper cooperation between Linglong and some European automakers like Volkswagen and Audi. When this project is completed, it will be of significance to Serbian residents’ employment andincome.
During the signing ceremony, Mr. Vučić expressed that he would fully support Linglong’s Serbian project to complete construction and start operation as soon as possible. He appreciated that Linglong could set up its second overseas manufacturing base in Serbia.
It is well believed that the completion of Serbian project will promote the company’s 5+3 strategic layout and help Linglong achieve its aim at becoming a world-class manufacturing enterprise with global competitiveness as soon as possible. (www.chinatrucks.com)
