Quanchai Power Set up an Office in Vietnam
VIETNAM, JUNE 26, 2024 /chinatrucks.com/ -- Recently, Quanchai Power held a ceremony in Hanoi, Vietnam, to inaugurate its office and parts service center, solidifying the foundation for its comprehensive expansion into the Vietnamese market.
Quanchai Power is accelerating the deployment of its products in key areas of Vietnam such as Hanoi in the north, Ho Chi Minh City in the south and Da Nang in the central part of the country.
In the automotive sector, Quanchai Power has established high-standard parts service centers at JAC and Dongfeng Automobile dealerships. Similar centers will be set up at Foton Motor and other major OEM dealerships to reduce parts response times, enhance service efficiency, and optimize customer experience.
In the off-road sector, Quanchai Power is preparing to establish parts service centers at dealerships of Heli forklifts and Mingyu Heavy Industry to provide customers with comprehensive technical support and service guarantee.
Throughout its comprehensive expansion in the Vietnamese market, Quanchai Power not only provides local users with "one-stop" services such as parts procurement, technical support, and maintenance but also supports more OEMs in achieving efficient collaboration and outstanding quality.
This initiative will further enhance Quanchai Power's product competitiveness and brand influence in the Vietnamese market, marking a solid step forward in its international development strategy.
Looking ahead, in response to the international service needs of more OEMs, Quanchai Power will progressively establish overseas parts sales and service centers. This commitment aims to address the parts requirements of end-users more promptly and comprehensively so as to build a robust overseas service response mechanism.
