Beijing, February 19, 2025 – Foton Motor and Teld New Energy have officially signed a joint venture agreement to build and operate charging stations for new energy heavy trucks and expand global charging infrastructure sales. The signing ceremony was attended by Foton Motor’s Chairman Chang Rui, Vice President Gong Haidong, and Auman Business Unit President Cui Shipeng, alongside Teld New Energy’s President Guo Yongguang and Vice Presidents Liu Zhongcheng and Wang Kunpeng.
