JAC Delivers New Vehicles to VET, Strengthening Partnership in Cambodia
On March 14, 2025, JAC held a grand delivery ceremony at VET’s headquarters in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This delivery marks a new milestone in the partnership between JAC and VET and highlights JAC’s commitment to expanding in Cambodia and supporting the growth of green logistics.
In the presence of representatives from Cambodia’s Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation and the China Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, JAC’s representative handed over a symbolic key to Sokun Pak, CEO of VET. The delivery included JAC’s flagship models—the N-Series light truck and the Sunray 6-Series. The N-Series light truck has been China’s top export in its category for 14 consecutive years, while the Sunray 6-Series is known for its reliability, comfort, and smart features. Both models have been optimized for Cambodia’s diverse road conditions and transportation needs.

VET (Vireak Buntham Logistic) is Cambodia’s largest logistics and travel service provider, operating a fleet of over 300 vehicles. Since partnering with JAC in 2023, VET has purchased 73 Sunray commercial vehicles and more than 40 N-Series light trucks, recognizing their high quality and outstanding performance.

As environmental awareness grows and new energy vehicle technology advances, green logistics has become a major industry trend. JAC is actively responding by working with VET to promote electric Sunray vans and electric light trucks, accelerating Cambodia’s transition to new energy logistics.
The newly delivered light trucks will be used for express delivery services, offering high efficiency, large cargo capacity, and lower operating costs. Meanwhile, the Sunray commercial vehicles will be deployed for tourist transportation, ensuring a safer and more comfortable travel experience.
A JAC representative stated, “Cambodia is a key market in JAC’s global strategy. We are committed to putting our customers first and providing high-quality products and services. This delivery is not just about vehicles—it represents the full implementation of our technology and service capabilities. Moving forward, we will continue to strengthen our collaboration with VET and explore the application of new energy commercial vehicles in Cambodia, contributing to the local economy and sustainability.”
