HANDE Axle Showcases Smart& Green Solutions at Changsha Expo
On May 15, HANDE Axle made a strong appearance at the 4th Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition (CICEE), one of the most influential trade shows in the global construction machinery industry. Held under the theme of “Intelligent, High-End, and Green,” the event attracted over 1,800 exhibitors, including 35 of the world’s top 50 construction equipment manufacturers.
As a leading axle systems supplier in China’s construction machinery sector, HANDE presented a range of advanced axle products tailored for heavy-duty applications. Key highlights included the 50-ton mining truck axle and the integrated axle-transfer case system for all-terrain cranes—demonstrating HANDE’s commitment to intelligent manufacturing and sustainable innovation.

Flagship Products on Display: 50-Ton Mining Truck Axle
Designed to withstand the harshest working conditions, this axle delivers both reliability and cost efficiency. It features high-performance oil seals and optimized differential components, offering a 3% improvement in transmission efficiency over competing products. With 12 liters less oil required per axle set, users can save over RMB 13,000 annually in operating costs.

The axle is specially designed for tough mining roads, with a 20% boost in load capacity. It fits 140-ton wide-body mining trucks, making it a smart choice for mining companies looking to reduce costs and work more efficiently.
All-Terrain Crane with Integrated Axle and Transfer Case
This integrated system exemplifies HANDE’s innovation in lightweight and space-saving design. Using high-strength axle housings, the system reduces overall vehicle weight. By combining the axle with the transfer case, it saves up to 30% of the installation space, contributing to better fuel economy and improved maneuverability.
Paired with an electric hydro-shift transmission, the system supports multi-axle drive configurations—delivering robust power and precise braking for next-generation all-terrain cranes.
HANDE is actively supporting China’s “High-End, Intelligent, Green, and Innovative” development strategy. By upgrading its product portfolio and collaborating with key industry players, HANDE is helping build zero-emission mining operations and smart construction sites around the world.

Looking ahead, the company will continue to invest in R&D with a focus on electrified axle systems and autonomous driving compatibility—paving the way for a smarter, greener future in the global construction equipment industry.
