FAST Gear Europe Rolls Out the 30,000th Locally-Made Transmission in Belarus
MINSK, Belarus (chinatrucks.org) — FAST Gear Europe has produced its 30,000th locally manufactured transmission, marking a significant milestone for the company’s operations at the China-Belarus Industrial Park in Minsk.
The 9JS135TA transmission, a twin-countershaft model designed for heavy-duty applications, was the milestone product. It features high load capacity, durability, fuel efficiency and low operating costs. The unit has been certified for local production in Belarus and is increasingly accepted by customers across overseas markets.
The company has accelerated production in recent years. It took 24 months to produce the first 10,000 units, 15 months for the next 10,000, and only 13 months to complete the latest batch. The pace of output reflects the success of FAST’s China-Europe cooperation model and its flexible manufacturing strategy abroad.
Established as part of China's Belt and Road Initiative, FAST Gear Europe is contributing to broader trade goals from Shaanxi Province. The company has emerged as a prominent player in China-Belarus industrial collaboration and continues to expand its global footprint.
Looking ahead, FAST plans to strengthen cooperation with European research institutions and supply chain partners, with a focus on digital, smart, and lean manufacturing systems. The company also aims to deepen global customer engagement as it works to enhance the international reach of Chinese-made industrial products.
