Shandong Heavy Industry Shines at Indonesia Mining Exhibition
Shandong Heavy Industry Group showcased its latest innovations at the Indonesia Mining Exhibition under the theme “Technology Empowers a Better Future.” Recognizing mining as a strategic priority, the Group brought five key subsidiaries – Shantui, Lovol, Weichai, Sinotruk, and Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck – to present a full lineup of mining equipment and integrated solutions. The aim was to highlight the brand’s values of being green, efficient, smart, and cost-effective to customers across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Senior executives of the Group, along with local partners, attended the event.
During a delivery ceremony, the Group handed over advanced products – including engines, construction machinery, and mining vehicles – to major Indonesian clients. These machines will help boost productivity and enhance competitiveness in the country’s mining industry.
At a separate signing ceremony, Shandong Heavy Industry entered into new agreements with several leading Indonesian companies. The partnerships cover equipment supply, technology collaboration, and localized services, further strengthening long-term cooperation.

The Group also unveiled a new lineup of mining products tailored to the specific needs of Indonesia and Southeast Asia. These solutions emphasize green technology, premium equipment, and smart mining, aiming to drive safer, cleaner, and more efficient operations.

The exhibition featured immersive displays, product launches, and discussions with global partners. Highlights included Weichai’s high-performance powertrains, known for their strong output and rapid response, which power heavy-duty machinery. Shantui and Lovol introduced 100-ton mining excavators SE1500LCW and FR2000F, both equipped with Weichai engines. Paired with mining trucks from Sinotruk and Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck, they drew significant attention and won high praise from industry partners.

Looking ahead, Shandong Heavy Industry Group plans to step up investment in Indonesia, accelerate localization, and continue enhancing product development and services. The Group is committed to driving efficient and sustainable mining in Indonesia while expanding its global footprint in the mining equipment industry.
