October 10, Wuhan - The 2025 China International Commercial Vehicle Show (CCVS) grandly opened at Wuhan International Expo Center. CIMC Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 301039.SZ), under the theme "Only the Star Chain," presented 19 star products across three major exhibition areas spanning over 2,600 square meters. The displays included the Main Booth, EVRT Booth (Electric Tractor-Trailer Train), and CIMC-SHACMAN Triple-Good Development Booth, comprehensively demonstrating the company's latest achievements in high-quality development and future strategic layout.

Guided by the "intelligentization, greening, and integration" directives of the 16th Five-Year Plan period, CIMC Vehicles firmly implements its "Only the Star Chain" strategy. With a vision as vast as the starry sky, the company unifies knowledge and action to "counter internal competition," collaborating with global resources and partners to establish new models for creating advanced productive forces in the commercial vehicle industry and set new benchmarks for high-quality development.

Semi-trailer Annual Models Grand Launch: Technology and Scenario Empowerment

On the morning of October 10th, at the main booth launch event, Mr. Li Guiping, CEO of CIMC Vehicles, delivered an opening speech reviewing the company's implementation of the "Star Chain Plan," highlighting current achievements in "countering internal competition," and sharing future prospects.

Li Guiping stated, "The 16th Five-Year Plan anchors high-quality development, proposes building a modern industrial system, and further promotes the development of a unified national market, charting the course for China's development in the next five years. CIMC Vehicles will ride this momentum, accelerating its evolution into a 'Full Value Chain Operator' within the unified national market and Global South markets."

Following this, CIMC Vehicles officially launched the "Only the Star Chain" semi-trailer 2026 Annual Models. In this era of significant innovation and change, these models not only demonstrate CIMC Vehicles' technological capabilities but also reflect the company's vision for the industry's future. As logistics transportation evolves toward greater efficiency, sustainability, and intelligence, CIMC Vehicles has conducted thorough research to develop optimal solutions for various scenarios, presenting new approaches for industry development.

Focusing on specific market needs, CIMC Vehicles introduced the "Champion M" series liquid food transport tanker as an industry innovator. This series represents a "mobile fresh-keeping warehouse" that integrates advanced European technology and cutting-edge materials science. Through innovations including a lowered center of gravity, superior thermal insulation, and residue-free discharge, it provides comprehensive solutions combining food safety, prolonged freshness preservation, and efficient transportation.

Simultaneously, CIMC Vehicles initiated the Liquid Food Transport Full Industry Chain Ecological Safety Collaborative Development Alliance. By uniting partners throughout the supply chain, the alliance aims to establish a comprehensive system covering "equipment safety - standardized norms - financial support - regulated transport - end-point assurance," ensuring that every drop of liquid food transported meets established standards and benefits from technological protection.

The company's safety commitment extends beyond consumer sectors to include challenging areas like hazardous chemical transport. In line with the new GB21668-2025 national standard requirements, CIMC Vehicles collaborated with industry leaders to sign a Joint Letter of Intent for Intrinsic Safety in Hazardous Chemical Transport. This initiative, based on principles of shared standard development, technological exchange, and collaborative governance, aims to strengthen industrial transportation and public safety protections.

Beyond its expertise in liquid food transport, CIMC Vehicles continues to advance car carrier technology. The impressive "Stellar Storm" car carrier represents a new model developed in response to the "Special Action Plan for Car Carrier Regulation" effective July 2025, leveraging years of design experience to provide compliant, efficient, safe, and reliable vehicle transport solutions.

Global Launch of Complete Engineering Pure Electric Tractor-Trailer Train Solution: Leading Industry Transformation with Core Technology and Innovative Ecosystems

During afternoon events at the EVRT Booth, Mr. Li Guiping, CEO of CIMC Vehicles, emphasized in his opening address that the industry's future involves more than simply transitioning from fuel to electric power. Instead, it requires comprehensive development of an EV-RT ecosystem based on user experience and total cost of ownership considerations, combining "Pure Electric Tractor-Trailer Trains + Operational Support Base Stations."

At the event, CIMC Vehicles globally launched the complete solution for engineering pure electric tractor-trailer trains, demonstrating a new paradigm for the industry's green transformation through advanced technology and innovative ecosystem development.

CIMC Vehicles focuses strongly on full value chain requirements for customer operations. The complete solution includes a fully forward-developed engineering pure electric semi-trailer product platform and the industry's first deeply integrated "Tractor-Trailer as One" platform architecture. Addressing various operational challenges, the company has established the ALFA+ Station operational support system, covering convenient replenishment, maintenance, and operation management through mobile charging vehicles, service centers, and operational control towers to ensure seamless customer operations.

As the new Five-Year Plan period begins, new energy vehicles are entering a comprehensive market-oriented development phase, presenting strategic opportunities for both "scale expansion" and "quality improvement." CIMC Vehicles maintains green and low-carbon development as its core direction, seizing electrification opportunities while driving core competitiveness through intelligent technology and fostering an open, collaborative innovation ecosystem to advance the industry beyond "internal competition" toward high-quality development.

Triple-Good Products, Penta-Good Value: Collaborative Development of High-Quality Ecosystems

The CIMC-SHACMAN Triple-Good Development Booth, featuring "Triple-Good Products, Penta-Good Value" as its central theme, comprehensively demonstrated innovations and capabilities in integrated commercial vehicle solutions, presenting the industry with new perspectives on commercial vehicle sector development.

Throughout 2024 and 2025, both companies have pursued their vision of "One Vehicle Enterprise," continuously enhancing product combinations of "Good Tractor matches Good Trailer, Good Truck matches Good Tank, Good Horse matches Good Saddle," while strengthening the value system of "Good Selection, Good Purchase, Good Use, Good Service, Good Resale."

In his opening remarks, CEO Li Guiping recalled, "Two years ago, Chairman Yuan Hongming and I inaugurated the 'CIMC-SHACMAN' 'Triple-Good Development' booth here, announcing to the industry that CIMC Vehicles and SHACMAN TRUCK would collaborate comprehensively, embodying the spirit of 'Interconnection & Complementarity,' to explore viable paths for high-quality development."

The launch of the New Energy Integrated Cold Chain Transport Truck emerged as an event highlight. This product, incorporating innovative approaches from both partners, demonstrates CIMC-SHACMAN's forward-looking strategy in green logistics.

From version 1.0 to 3.0, CIMC-SHACMAN integrated products have continually evolved, gaining substantial market acceptance. The ceremony marking the delivery of the 30,000th integrated vehicle represented a significant event milestone. This achievement not only reflects strong market recognition of CIMC-SHACMAN integrated products but also demonstrates the effectiveness of the cooperative model.

From brand leadership at the Main Booth, through technological advancement at the EVRT Booth, to shared value creation at the Triple-Good Booth, these interconnected exhibition areas form a complete "Star Chain" ecosystem. This presentation goes beyond conventional exhibition formats, offering new perspectives on logistics operations and value creation. Positioned at this new developmental starting point, CIMC Vehicles will continue advancing with open collaboration, innovative approaches, and responsible initiatives, driving the commercial vehicle industry toward higher quality, greater efficiency, and more sustainable development.
