ZHIZI AUTO Signs Strategic Deal with Singapore’s SATOMAS Energy
Hongkong, China – 9 Dec. 2025/Chinatrucks.org/ – ZHIZI AUTO has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Singapore-based SATOMAS ENERGY PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong, marking a new step in its expansion into overseas new energy commercial vehicle markets. The partnership will focus on Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, with the two sides setting a combined sales target of 300 vehicles over the next three years. SATOMAS Group Chairwoman Ms. SHA and ZHIZI AUTO Chairman Mr. Wang Zhao attended the signing ceremony.

Under the agreement, ZHIZI AUTO and SATOMAS Energy will leverage their respective strengths to collaborate across three core areas: product development and certification, green and low-carbon initiatives, and the creation of a full-cycle service ecosystem. The companies will jointly develop customized products tailored to local market needs, advance required technical certifications, and coordinate marketing and service efforts. The partnership aims to build a smart, green commercial vehicle ecosystem and accelerate the adoption of zero-carbon logistics solutions across the region.
SATOMAS Energy, a technology-focused subsidiary of SATOMAS Group, draws on more than three decades of experience in offshore engineering and port operations across Southeast Asia. The company is committed to developing global zero-carbon logistics solutions.
Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Wang Zhao said ZHIZI AUTO places strong emphasis on expanding its new energy portfolio internationally. He noted that the agreement marks an important starting point and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to long-term cooperation with industry partners to strengthen its global presence and influence.
