WEICHAI NECV Joins Export Partner’s Annual Meeting to Strengthen Overseas Ties
On January 16, 2026, a commercial vehicle export trading company held its annual meeting in Yantai, Shandong Province. WEICHAI New Energy Commercial Vehicles attended the event as a key partner, where the two sides reviewed progress in overseas cooperation, discussed future collaboration, and signed cooperation agreements.

The export strategic partner has a long-standing presence in international commercial vehicle markets, with business covering Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Central and South America, and Oceania. As overseas demand grows for new energy vehicles and efficient logistics solutions, the company has expanded cooperation with vehicle and powertrain manufacturers that offer strong technical capabilities and broad product ranges. WEICHAI New Energy Commercial Vehicles has become one of its key partners, based on its capabilities in new energy technologies, product reliability, and suitability for overseas markets.

Discussions at the meeting focused on global light commercial vehicle market trends, shifts in regional demand, and closer coordination in export operations. Participants noted that growing overseas interest in efficient, reliable, and new energy commercial vehicles is driving Chinese manufacturers to strengthen their international presence through closer collaboration with local partners.
At the event, the export strategic partner showcased several LANDKING commercial vehicle models positioned for overseas markets. The display included diesel, pure electric, and hybrid variants, targeting applications such as urban distribution, suburban transport, and a range of logistics operations.

The vehicles were developed with overseas operating requirements in mind, with a focus on performance, efficiency, and reliability. LANDKING diesel light trucks are equipped with proven powertrains designed to balance power output and fuel economy, while the new energy models are built on dedicated platforms that offer lower energy consumption and greater adaptability for urban logistics and green transport. Several models also feature upgrades in comfort, intelligent functions, and safety, contributing to improved overall competitiveness.

Through on-site product displays and discussions, the export strategic partner outlined its overseas product strategy and market plans, while both sides further aligned on product positioning and market cooperation. Agreements signed during the meeting reinforced their partnership in overseas markets. Both parties said they will continue to work together on agreed cooperation initiatives and explore additional opportunities for international cooperation.
