SANY Heavy Truck Signs Strategic Agreement with Saudi Arabia's ACC
SANY Heavy Truck has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Saudi Arabia-based Alkhorayef Commercial Company (ACC), marking a further step in its overseas expansion.
The agreement was signed at the SANY Intelligent Heavy Truck Industrial Park in Changsha, with senior executives from both sides in attendance.
Representing SANY were Liang Linhe, Director of SANY Group and Chairman of SANY Heavy Truck; Liu Fengfeng, General Manager of Overseas Marketing; and Zou Zihao, Head of the Saudi market.
Alkhorayef Group was represented by Chairman Sheikh Mohammed AlKhorayef, ACC Chairman Abdullah AlKhorayef, and ACC CEO Fahad Aljadaan.
ACC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alkhorayef Group, which was founded in 1957 and operates in more than 40 countries. The group is a leading player in Saudi Arabia’s agricultural and industrial equipment sectors.
Under the agreement, the two parties will collaborate to expand SANY heavy trucks in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East market. The partnership will also focus on channel development and after-sales service improvement.
As part of the initial phase, ACC plans to purchase 750 SANY heavy trucks this year.
SANY said the cooperation builds on its established presence in Saudi Arabia, where its trucks have already been deployed in infrastructure projects and logistics operations. The vehicles have demonstrated stable performance under high temperatures and sandstorm conditions, with strong reliability and high operational uptime.
The partnership is expected to leverage ACC’s local network and customer base, alongside SANY’s product capabilities, to further expand market share in the region.
The agreement highlights the growing acceptance of Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturers in international markets and marks a milestone in SANY Heavy Truck’s global expansion strategy.
