CHERY Commercial Vehicle Reports Strong Growth in May 2026
In May 2026, CHERY Commercial Vehicle sold 10,009 vehicles, up 41% year-on-year, while exports surged 112% from a year earlier. The strong performance highlights the company's growing presence in both domestic and overseas markets as it enters a new stage of high-quality global growth.
Across its product segments, heavy truck sales jumped 255% year-on-year, marking the 17th consecutive month of growth above 100%. Light truck sales rose 155%, while pickup trucks achieved a major market breakthrough, with EV model sales increasing 125% month-on-month. Bus sales also grew 61% year-on-year, supported by strong momentum in overseas markets.
