JMCG Launches All-New Vigus Pickup in Uganda
JMCG officially launched the All-New Vigus pickup in Kampala on June 19, marking another step in the company's expansion across the East African market.
The launch event was attended by representatives from Uganda's Ministry of Works and Transport, who delivered remarks in support of the occasion. Local mainstream media, including NBS, and other major news outlets also covered the event, reflecting growing market attention toward the JMCG brand in Uganda.
Taking the launch as a new starting point, JMCG and its local partner reaffirmed their commitment to expanding the company's presence in Uganda. The two sides plan to broaden the local product lineup with the future introduction of the Grand Avenue pickup, the All-New Carrying Plus light truck, and new energy vehicles under the JMEV brand.

The expanded portfolio is designed to serve a wide range of customer needs, including construction, logistics, commercial transportation, business mobility and zero-emission transportation, offering customers more comprehensive vehicle solutions.
The launch of the All-New Vigus highlights JMCG's long-term commitment to the Ugandan market. Working closely with its local partner, the company aims to provide customers with reliable products backed by responsive after-sales service while further strengthening its presence in the country's commercial vehicle sector.
