Shantui Delivers CR4100-Z02 Concrete Mixer Trucks to Egypt
Shantui, a subsidiary of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, has delivered a batch of CR4100-Z02 concrete mixer trucks to Egypt, further expanding its presence in the North African market. The trucks will support local infrastructure projects across the country.
The CR4100-Z02 was developed to meet the operating conditions of the Egyptian market. Drawing on its experience in overseas markets, Shantui optimized the truck for high temperatures and dusty environments. It is capable of operating in temperatures above 40°C and is designed for continuous use on demanding construction sites across North Africa.
Powered by a diesel engine, the CR4100-Z02 features a lightweight design that reduces fuel consumption while maintaining payload capacity and vehicle stability, helping operators lower operating costs.

The mixer drum is built with high-strength steel and incorporates a patented double-curved spiral blade design with large mixing blades. According to the company, the design helps prevent concrete segregation during transport and keeps the discharge residue rate below 0.3%, reducing material waste.
The truck is suitable for a variety of infrastructure applications, including road construction, urban development, and commercial building projects.

Egypt is one of Africa's largest economies and continues to invest in infrastructure, creating growing demand for construction equipment. Shantui has previously supplied concrete batching plants for several projects in the country, where its equipment and after-sales support have been adopted by local customers.

The latest shipment expands Shantui's concrete equipment portfolio in Egypt and further strengthens the company's position in the North African market.
Shantui said it will continue to develop products tailored to the needs of international markets while enhancing its global service capabilities to support customers worldwide.
