JMCG Reports 47.6% Export Growth in H1, 2026
JMCG exported 102,500 vehicles in the first half of 2026, up 47.6% from a year earlier, as the company continued to expand its international business through new market launches, enhanced after-sales services, localized product development and a broader global support network.
Expanding Its Presence in Africa
JMCG strengthened its presence in Africa during June with a series of product launches and market activities.
In Zambia, the company introduced the right-hand-drive Baodian pickup and opened a new showroom. In neighboring Uganda, the new Baodian officially entered the market. JMCG also expanded its local lineup with the Grand Avenue pickup and the Kaiyun+ light truck, offering customers a broader range of commercial vehicle options.
Strengthening Overseas Service Capabilities
Alongside market expansion, JMCG is investing in its global after-sales network.
In June, the company held its first overseas service skills competition in Peru, bringing together 29 service technicians from 13 Latin American countries. The competition covered technical knowledge, standardized service procedures and maintenance operations for the Grand Avenue pickup. Senior service experts from JMCG participated as judges to ensure consistent technical standards throughout the event.
Beyond the competition itself, the event provided an opportunity for service teams from across the region to exchange practical experience and improve service capabilities, supporting more consistent and efficient customer service across Latin America.
Developing Products for Local Markets
JMCG continues to tailor its products to meet the operating requirements of different overseas markets.
On June 15, JMCG Jingma Automobile completed final inspections on 100 buses before shipment to Saudi Arabia.

According to Hu Yimei, Sales Director of Jingma Automobile's Overseas Marketing Division, summer temperatures in Saudi Arabia regularly reach 46°C, while cabin temperatures can exceed 60°C after prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. To improve cooling performance under these conditions, the company upgraded the buses' air-conditioning system with a larger evaporator while keeping additional costs to a minimum.
JMCG said the project reflects its approach of developing market-specific solutions rather than supplying standardized products for every market.
Building a Global Business Network
The company is also expanding its overseas operating model beyond vehicle exports.
According to JMCG New Energy Vehicle's South America team, the company initially focused on visiting local dealers and participating in major automotive exhibitions to build brand awareness after entering the region. As market recognition increased, more dealers began approaching the company to explore partnership opportunities. By the end of May 2026, order volume in South America had already exceeded the total recorded for the whole of last year.
At the same time, JMCG is expanding from complete vehicle exports into KD kit exports, localized manufacturing and supply chain collaboration as part of its long-term international strategy.

Last year, the company added 14 new overseas sales channels, including South Africa and Tanzania, further extending its global sales network. This year, JMCG established its first overseas parts distribution center in Saudi Arabia to support customers across the Middle East and Africa. A second overseas parts center is planned for South America to further strengthen regional after-sales support.
JMCG said it will continue expanding its international operations by strengthening local market capabilities, enhancing customer support and developing products tailored to regional requirements.
Following export growth of 47.6% in the first half of 2026, the company plans to further expand its global footprint and deepen its presence in overseas markets.
